Technology Overview
MODGUT is a platform to perform gut microbiome testing developed by KMUTT Systems Biology & Bioinformatics Group (SBI) based on its extensive expertise in microbiomes across all ecosystems, i.e., plants, animals and humans. MODGUT measures the different levels of microorganisms present in the gastrointestinal tract to support a personalized health program. The test employs DNA analysis using the next generation sequencing technology and big data analytics method to identify the types and levels of microorganisms in the gut microbiome with precision, speed and accuracy. The test report provide the analysis, interpretation and recommendations on lifestyle and diet.
